  1. Cut the pumpkin into large bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion, soaking it in water. Cut the cream cheese into 0.4-inch cubes and roughly chop the nuts.
  2. In a pot, add just enough water to cover the pumpkin and Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder, then bring to a boil. Cook until the pumpkin is soft, drain, and cook briefly to evaporate excess moisture.
  3. Mash the pumpkin roughly while hot and mix in the drained onions.
  4. Once cooled, mix in [A] and mayonnaise.
