Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into large bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion, soaking it in water. Cut the cream cheese into 0.4-inch cubes and roughly chop the nuts.
Step 2
In a pot, add just enough water to cover the pumpkin and Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder, then bring to a boil. Cook until the pumpkin is soft, drain, and cook briefly to evaporate excess moisture.
Step 3
Mash the pumpkin roughly while hot and mix in the drained onions.
Step 4
Once cooled, mix in [A] and mayonnaise.
