Kayanoya Curry Experience
Like Sipping Dashi
The Seafood Dashi Curry Kit features a fragrant blend of spices, including ginger, cloves, and around 10 carefully selected varieties, combined with Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder. Sprinkle the "Aonori Shichimi" on top to adjust the spiciness to your desired level.
The key focus was balancing the unique characteristics of the spices with the harmony of dashi. By embracing the distinctive aroma and heat of the spices while thoughtfully refining the selection, we crafted a blend of approximately 10 spices that perfectly complement and enhance the dashi.
