Step 1

Place water and packets of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1--2 minutes. Remove dashi packets, then add soy sauce and mirin.

Step 2

Add noodles, and when the liquid begins to boil again, pour the contents of the pan into a bowl.

Step 3

Top with roasted abura–age and chopped green onion.
