Ingredients

About 30 cookies:
  • [A] 3/4 cup cake flour
  • [A] 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2.8 oz unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet of Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (removed from the packet)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Directions

  2. Add [A], Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder, and grated parmesan cheese. Once the dough comes together, divide it in half and shape each piece into a log about 1 inch in diameter. (Optionally, sprinkle black pepper on the surface of the dough.) Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Slice the dough into 0.3-inch thick rounds and bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for 16-18 minutes.
