Step 1
Separate the cauliflower into small florets and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Place [A] (do not remove dashi from the packet) in a pot and heat over the stove.
Step 3
Finely chop the celery and mix it with [B] to make the sauce. Place the mixture in a small dish and put it in the pot. Once it comes to a boil, add the cauliflower and tofu, and enjoy dipping them into the sauce.
