Step 1

Add oil and a halved garlic clove to a frying pan and heat over low heat. When the garlic becomes fragrant, place the sea bream (lightly salted) in the pan and increase to medium heat.

Sear the snapper on both sides until golden, then add the cherry tomatoes.
