Japanese cuisine is my favorite, and I cook it often at home. In addition, I enjoy preparing a wide variety of international dishes, including American, Mexican, German, French, Chinese, Korean, and Central and South American cuisines, bringing flavors from around the world into my home kitchen.

Here are a few dishes Little Darling often makes—simple, flexible recipes that fit into everyday routines.

I have created many original recipes using Kayanoya products. I use them as a base for simmered dishes, hot pot meals, stir-fries, and even Japanese-style pasta, as well as many other dishes.

I also rely on it to make dashi-soup for Japanese nabeyaki udon, oden, yakisoba, and okonomiyaki.

The dashi-infused umami salt is wonderful as well—simply sprinkling it over steamed vegetables instantly elevates the flavor.
