Instructions
Step 1
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a pot, add salt, and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Grate the zest from half of the lemon.
Step 3
Add [A] to a frying pan. Open the packet of kelp dashi, add it, and stir to combine. Heat until it comes to a boil, then remove from heat.
Step 4
Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and grated Parmesan cheese and stir to combine. Add the cooked pasta and toss quickly over medium heat. Transfer to serving plates and top with grated lemon zest and a small amount of Parmesan cheese (optional).
