Step 1
Peel the shrimps. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and roughly chop the onion.
Step 2
Place the prepared ingredients from 1 along with [A] into a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on medium (about 600 W) for 8 minutes. Remove from the microwave, stir lightly, then microwave for an additional 3 minutes.
Tip
This recipe uses Kayanoya dashi, with the packet opened to release the seasoning inside.
