Roughly chop the onion and cut the tomato into 3/4-inch cubes.
Heat the butter in a pot, lightly sauté the seafood mix, and set it aside.
In the same pot, add oil and the "Whole Spices", and sauté over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. When the spices start sizzling, add the onions and sauté for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Reduce the heat to low, add the "Special Spice", and sauté for about 1 minute. Then, add the tomatoes.
Add water, "Sea Salt", and "Vegetable Stock Powder" (remove from the packet) and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once boiling, add the seafood mix, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve over rice in a bowl, then garnish with baby greens and roasted vegetables, if desired. Finish with a sprinkle of "Tomato Spice".
