This dashi condenses the umami of onions, cabbage, celery, garlic, and other fresh produce, all sourced from the countryside of Japan. The sweet, gentle flavor of onion stands out, while we add a touch of salt and scallop for more depth.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped on Friday.
