Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the pork. Mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the pork well until crispy.
Step 3
Add garlic and rice, and fry. Add Kayanoya Vegetable Dashi Stock Powder and fry.
Step 4
Serve on plates and garnish with chopped watercress.
