Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the carrot into 1/16–1/8 inch (about 2–3 mm) slices.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the carrot for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add [A] and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Lightly mash the carrots with a fork, transfer to a serving bowl, and top with cooked bacon.
