Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Guam.

What are the shipping and handling charges?
As of November 12, 2025, the following flat-rate shipping fees apply to all orders within the United States, regardless of order size:

- Mainland U.S.: $7.95
- Alaska: $9.00
- Hawaii: $14.30
- Guam: $15.00

Due to rising shipping costs nationwide, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on your first order when you create a customer account.

- Create your account via Create Account Page.
- Log in and enter the promo code KAYA172 at checkout
- Valid only on your first order after account creation
- Previous customers who create an account for the first time may also use this code

Please note: The promo code must be entered while logged into your account. It cannot be applied retroactively or to future orders.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you can view tracking information by logging into “My Account.”
Please confirm your shipping address carefully when placing your order, as we are unable to reship items that are returned due to incorrect address entry.
