  1. Cut the vegetables and tofu into bite-sized pieces. Parboil the shirataki noodles.
  2. Add [A] to a pot and heat over medium heat. Once it reaches a boil, reduce to low heat and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the prepared ingredients to the pot and cook until done. Serve with beaten egg, if desired, for dipping.
