Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop green onions, garlic and ginger. Remove seeds from red pepper and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Place green onion, garlic, ginger, red pepper in a pan with olive oil and heat. When oil is hot, braise spare ribs.
Step 3
Add water, sake, salt and Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder from packets. Simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
Step 4
Thicken to taste with potato starch.
