Braised Pork Spare Ribs

Instructions

  1. Finely chop green onions, garlic and ginger. Remove seeds from red pepper and cut into small pieces.
  2. Place green onion, garlic, ginger, red pepper in a pan with olive oil and heat. When oil is hot, braise spare ribs.
  3. Add water, sake, salt and Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder from packets. Simmer on medium heat for 20--30 minutes.
  4. Thicken to taste with potato starch.
