Hand‐Stretched Udon Noodles

  1. Place 2.36 oz (67g) of noodles into at least 3 cups of boiling water, stirring gently. Boil for 6 to 7 minutes, maintaining a gentle simmer to prevent overflowing.
  2. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse lightly.
  3. Place the noodles in a bowl, pour hot soup over them, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
Caution: Handle with care to avoid burns.

Dashi and Soup for Udon

  1. Add 1 1/4 cups (300ml) of water and one packet of the special dashi to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Remove the dashi packet, add one packet of the special sauce, and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add the pre-cooked udon noodles, and it's ready to serve. Top with your favorite ingredients and enjoy.
Caution:Handle with care to avoid burns from boiling water during cooking.
