Open the outer package and take out the A) Soup Broth (Dashi) sachet and B) Seasoning.

  1. Put 1.5 cups (350ml) of water and the A) into a pot, and warm it on low heat.
  2. When the water begins to boil, let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes on low heat, and then turn off the heat. Remove the sachet from the pot.
  3. Add the B) to the pot and mix well to dissolve.
  4. Place noodles to a large pot of boiling water and cook for about 4.5 to 5 minutes.
  5. Strain the boiled noodles in a colander, put them into the soup, and then enjoy!

You can enhance the flavor by adding vegetables and boiled eggs according to your preference.
