Cooking Time: 5 minutes

1. Add the soba noodles into plenty of boiling water, spreading them out and stir lightly.
2. Cook for about 5 minutes, watching carefully to prevent boiling over, then turn off the heat.
3. When cooked, drain the noodles in a colander. Quickly rinse under running water to remove excess starch, then drain well. For the best taste, please enjoy the noodles as soon as possible after cooking.

Hot Soba Noodles in Broth
After draining, briefly warm the noodles in hot water, then serve with hot soba broth and your choice of toppings.

Soba-yu (Soba Cooking Water)
The water used to boil the soba noodles can be enjoyed as a delicious soup after your meal. Simply season it with soba dipping sauce or other condiments of your choice.
