Kayanoya Dashi and Soup for Udon is  a udon-specific broth with a distinctively fragrant and deeply flavorful taste, separated into the special dashi and sauce components.

The broth is made using Souda bonito flakes, urume iwashi (Japanese sardine) flakes, bonito, and kombu (kelp), while the soup consists of soy sauce, mirin (sweet rice wine), and mackerel flakes. It yields a fragrant and deeply flavorful taste.
