Kayanoya's vinegar drink maximizes the sweetness of yuzu fruit for a truly refreshing taste. Both rice and apple vinegars offer gentle acidity to complement that unique yuzu flavor. We suggest mixing this concentrate with 3 parts still or sparkling water.
