Rich Sesame & Miso Blend
Soup
We’ve artfully combined rich, creamy sesame paste with aromatic ground sesame and miso, creating a harmonious blend that’s both flavorful and comforting. This soup base is enriched by Kayanoya’s signature dashi, providing a deep sesame flavor and subtle sweetness, all enhanced by the umami for a truly satisfying experience.
Traditionally Crafted Noodles
Our commitment to quality extends to the very foundation of our ramen – the noodles. We specifically select the finest wheat flour to create our ramen noodles, which are then slowly dried at low temperatures and aged. This traditional method ensures that our noodles retain the aroma and texture of fresh noodles when cooked. Unlike quickly dried noodles, our noodles are firm and flavorful, with a gentle wave that perfectly holds onto the rich soup, allowing you to savor every drop of the broth.
