Garlic Red Pepper Spinach Sea Salt -- an instant classic, especially suitable as seasoning for pasta.

Garlic Red Chili Pepper Spinach Sea Salt begins as pure crystals distilled from the waters of the Amakusa Sea, in one of Japan's most untouched regions. Fine accents of sugar, garlic chips, red chili pepper, shoyu (soy sauce), spinach chips, black pepper, parsley chips, and kombu (dried kelp) take the flavor of this salt to an extraordinary level. It's a perfect Italian-style flourish for any dish.

The longer the lid is open, the more the salt will absorb moisture, so close the lid tightly when you finish using it, and place the container in a dry, cool area.  Do not store in a refrigerator or freezer, as sudden temperature changes lead to condensation and solidification.
