Yuzu adds a surprising new twist to a European classic! Substitute water or sparkling water for a refreshing non-alcoholic drink.
1/2 medium-size orange
1/4 pink grapefruit
App. 6 blueberries
100 ml (4 oz) Yuzu Vinegar Drink Concentrate
400 ml (16 oz) chilled white wine
Cut orange into half-moons app. 1 cm (1/2 inch) wide. Peel pink grapefruit and remove pulp. Cut kiwi into app. 1 cm (1/2 inch) slices.
Place cut fruit and blueberries in a pitcher, then add yuzu concentrate and chilled wine. Stir and place in refrigerator until serving.
