2 lbs Fresh Mussels (figure one pound per person).
1 cup Chopped Parsley
1 cup White Wine
5 tbs French Butter
2 Chopped Shallots
1 cup Kayanoya Original Sardine Dashi Stock (regular-strength dashi)
1 Packet Kayanoya Original Sardine Dashi Stock Powder, removed from packet
Add two pounds of mussels to 6-8 quart stock pot with the parsley (save a little bit for garnish), white wine, butter, shallots (save a little bit for garnish), 1 cup of Kayanoya Original Sardine Dashi Stock (including the packet used to prepare the dashi), and sprinkle one packet of Kayanoya Sardine Dashi Powder, lightly stir.
Cover pot and steam on medium high for 5 minutes, until the mussels are all open.
Prepare Bowl for Serving:
Transfer steamed mussels to bowl, and ladle over the broth from bottom of the pot.
Garnish with chopped shallot, fresh parsley, and serve.
