The rich flavor and slightly salty taste of Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder are well balanced in this Omelet. It is perfect for breakfast.
2-3 servings
2 bunches spinach
30g ham
4 eggs
1 packet of Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (break open the bag)
3 tablespoons salad oil
Cut the spinach and ham into 5-mm wide pieces.
Add spinach, hame and Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder to the beaten eggs and mix well.
Grease a frying pan with salad oil and heat it. Pourin the egg mixture. Stir it with big swirls, cover with lid and cook on low heat.
When the center is half cooked, put a plate on the frying pan and cook the other side.
