Shabu-Shabu Hot Pot


Serves 1

  • 1 1/4 Cups of Water

  • 1 packet Tokyo Limited Edition: Dashi Base for Shabu Shabu 

  • 1 packet Tsuyu (Broth) For Dashi Shabu Hot Pot 

  • 3 ounces Thinly sliced pork for shabu-shabu

  • 3.5 ounces Lettuce

  • 1 ounce Potherb mustards

  • Appropriate amount of bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, kale, bean sprouts, lettuce, tofu, watermelon radish, and sliced pork

    In a small pot, add 1 packet of "Kayanoya Tokyo Limited: Dashi Stock Powder -Bonito-" to 300 ml of water, bring to a boil, and then boil down on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Remove the packet of dashi stock powder, and add 1 packet of "Tsuyu (Broth) For Dashi Shabu Hot Pot".

    Add pork to the simmering broth so that it spreads out.

    Once the pork has been cooked through, add lettuce and potherb mustards and eat while adding ingredients.
