Simple, quick, and healthy.
12 white mushrooms
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 packet of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder (removed from the packet)
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic.
Pinch of pepper
Preferred amount of grated cheese
Preferred amount of parsley
Sliced white mushrooms and pour stock powder into bowl. Add mushrooms and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, and pepper.
Place on plate and sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
