Simple, quick, and healthy

  • 12 white mushrooms

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 packet of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic

  • Pinch of pepper

  • Preferred amount of grated cheese

  • Preferred amount of parsley

    Sliced white mushrooms and pour stock powder into bowl. Add mushrooms and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, and pepper.
