Miso Soup With Bacon, Cauliflower, Carrot and Mushroom

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 6 (1.5 ounces) Brown mushrooms

  • 2 ounces Carrot (before peeling)

  • 3.5 ounces Cauliflower (after cutting)

  • 2 ounces Bacon (thin sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

  • 1 3/4 cups Water

  • 1 packet Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder

  • 1 tablespoon Blended miso

  • Appropriate amount of Green onion

    Cut brown mushrooms, peeled carrots, cauliflower and bacon into bite-size pieces.

    Put sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the bacon. When the aroma comes out, add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    Add water and Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder. Bring to boil, turn the heat to medium and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Take the dashi out. Turn the heat to low and simmer until vegetables are cooked (especially carrots).

    Turn off the heat and add the blended miso. Sprinkle green onion to finish.
