Udon / Soba Broth
7oz Ground beef
Approx. 7 oz Vegetables (Onions, carrots, etc.)
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoons Olive oil
3oz Sake(or wine)
1 can Whole tomatoes
1 bag (break open the bag) Vegetable Dashi
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the finely chopped vegetables, garlic, and ground beef. Sauté.
Add the sake, vegetable dashi, salt and sugar. Simmer.
