Meat Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients

2 servings

  • 7oz Ground beef

  • Approx. 7 oz Vegetables (Onions, carrots, etc.)

  • 1 clove Garlic

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 3oz Sake(or wine)

  • 1 can Whole tomatoes 

  • 1 bag (break open the bag) Vegetable Dashi 

  • 1 teaspoon Salt 

  • 1 teaspoon sugar 

Directions

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the finely chopped vegetables, garlic, and ground beef. Sauté.

  • 02

    Add the sake, vegetable dashi, salt and sugar. Simmer.
