Guacamole Tacos

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 2 medium tomatoes

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1 jalapeno

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • cilantro to taste

  • 2 packets Kayanoya Vegetable Stock Powder, (dashi removed from packet)

  • 2 pieces lime

Directions

    Cut tomatoes and avocado into 1/2 inch cubes.

    Chop red onions, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro. Transfer into bowl, squeeze lime on top, and mix.

  • 03

    Add Kayanoya Vegetable Stock Powder and toss throughly.  Serve with tortillas.
