Crisp Thick-Cut French Fries
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 red onion
2 cloves garlic
cilantro to taste
2 packets Kayanoya Vegetable Stock Powder, (dashi removed from packet)
2 pieces lime
Cut tomatoes and avocado into 1/2 inch cubes.
Chop red onions, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro. Transfer into bowl, squeeze lime on top, and mix.
Add Kayanoya Vegetable Stock Powder and toss throughly. Serve with tortillas.
