Grilled Cauliflower


4 Servings

  • 1 clove Garlic

  • 1 1/2 pound Cauliflower

  • 1 packet Kayanoya Original Mushroom Stock Powder (removed from the packet)

  • 1 tablespoons Olive oil

  • Appropriate amount of cheese (cheese of your liking: shredded)

  • 1/4 Lemon

  • Appropriate amount of parsley

  • Pepper to serve

    Finely chop the garlic, and wash and break the cauliflower into florets. *If the cauliflower is cut too small it will be overcooked.

    Place garlic and cauliflower in a large bowl, add Kayanoya Original Mushroom Stock Powder (removed from the packet), mix together and allow to sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Add olive oil to dress the entire mixture.

    Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 356 °F.

    Cover the cauliflower with cheese and bake for about 5 minutes. Add a squeeze of lemon, garnish with parsley and serve with pepper.
