Grilled Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

Serves 3-4

  • 13 ounces Brussels sprouts

  • 3.5 ounces Bacon (block type)

  • 2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

  • 1 packet Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (removed from the packet)

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

  • Appropriate amount of cheese of your choice (this recipe uses Parmesan)

  • Appropriate amount of parsley

    Wash brussels sprouts, cut in half, and make a vertical cut in the core. Cut the bacon into cubes, and finely chop the garlic.

    Add olive oil and Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder to a large bowl and mix well. Add brussels sprouts to the bowl and mix everything together.

    Preheat the oven to 356 °F and bake for about 20 minutes.

    Cover brussels sprouts with cheese, and bake again for about 5 minutes. Finish by garnishing with parsley.
