Udon / Soba Broth
Classic udon is the most famous udon dishes in Japan. Udon is generarlly served hot and topped with raw egg and green onion. However, you can add your own toppings, such as grated ginger or fresh veggies. This dish is perfect for an easy lunch -- ready in 10 minutes.
2 servings udon noodles
2 raw eggs
Green onion to taste
2 packets Kaynoya Original Dashi Stock Powder
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Cook udon nooodles following the instructions on the package. Drain the noodles.
Chop green onion into small pieces.
Divide and place udon noodles into two bowls.
Top with raw egga nd green onion. Sprinkle Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder on top.
