1 2-inch long Green Onion
1 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Ginger
1 Red Pepper
8 Pork spare ribs
1 3/4 cups Water
6 tablespoons (rice wine)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 packets of Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder (removed from the packet)
Appropriate amount of water-soluble potato starch powder
Finely chop long green onion, garlic and ginger. Remove the seeds from the red pepper.
Add long green onion, garlic, ginger and red pepper to salad oil (not included in recipe) and heat. When the aroma comes out, cook the spare ribs.
Add water, sake, salt and Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder, close the lid, and simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
Lightly thicken with water-soluble starch.
