Beef Hamburger


1-2 Servings

    • 1 lb Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef

    • 2 tbs Chopped Parsley

    • 1 tbs Chives

    • 1 Packet Kayanoya Premium Dashi Stock Powder, removed from packet

    • 1 tsp Sea Salt

    • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

    • 1 Shallot

    • 1 tbs Virgin Olive Oil

    • 1-2 English Muffins

    • 1 tbs Vegan Mayonnaise

    • 1 Tomato

    • 1 Onion

    • 1 Leaf Lettuce

    • 2 tsp French Mustard

    • 1 Avocado

    • 2 tsp ketchup

    • 1 Sprouts

    • 2 sprigs Rosemary

Prepare Hamburger:

      Add ground beef to a mixing bowl with a table spoon of the parsley, chives, one half packet of Kayanoya Premium Dashi Stock Powder, sea salt, pepper, shallots, virgin olive oil, and mix well.

      Transfer patties to a skillet and cook to medium rare on medium high heat, sprinkle some Kayanoya Premium Dashi Powder on cooked patties.

Prepare Bun for Serving:

      Halve English muffin and toast lightly, spread mayonnaise on one half, cover with slice of tomato, and onion and a leaf of lettuce.

      On other half, spread French mustard, add avocado, some parsley, ketchup, and sprouts.

      Place the cooked patties on lettuce side and sandwich together.

      Put rosemary sprigs into muffin and halve, place muffin flat side up onto plate. Garnish with a little more Kayanoya Premium Dashi Stock Powder, and serve.
