Dashi and broth for Shabu Shabu (also makes a great hot pot soup). Usually, this special version is only sold in Tokyo. For a limited time, it’s available online in the United States to members of the Kayanoya family.
This product includes two sets of packets. One packet in each set contains our Tokyo Limited Edition Kayanoya Bonito Dashi Stock Powder. The other packet in each set holds our liquid base, which contains "irizake", a sake reduction enhanced with plum vinegar, soy sauce, bonito sauce, and more. The refreshing broth perfectly complements the flavorful dashi, made with three types of bonito flakes.
