Simple, quick, and healthy.
- 12 white mushrooms
- 1 packet Kayanoya Original Dashi Stock Powder (remove from 1 packet)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon grated garlic
- Pinch of pepper
- Preferred amount of grated cheese
- Preferred amount of parsley
- Slice white mushrooms and pour Dashi Stock Powder into bowl. Add mushrooms and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, and pepper.
- Place on plate and sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
