- 2 ears of corn
- 1 packet Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (remove from 1 packet)
- 1 ounce butter
- Parsley to taste
- Grated cheese to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Remove most of the corn husks, leaving just 2 layers. Wrap cobs in aluminum foil and roast in oven, or grill.
- Throughly mix Vegetable Stock Powder with butter at room temperature.
- Uncover cobs, apply mix, re-cover, and roast for an additional 5 minutes. Top with parsley, grated cheese, and pepper to taste.
