- 4 ounces ground beef
- 7 ounces mixed vegetables (your favorites), chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 ounces sake (or white wine)
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 packet Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (remove from 1 packet)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Heat olive oil in frying pan and add vegetables, garlic, and ground beef. Sauté.
- Add sake, whole tomatos, and pour in Vegetable Stock Powder, salt and sugar. Stir and simmer.
