- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons finely cubed carrot
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 7 ounces grated cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into chunks
- 1 packet Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder (remove from 1 packet)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- Heat oil in a medium frying pan. Add onion and carrot, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 20 seconds. Add grated cauliflower and butter. Stir until butter melts. Pour in Vegetable Stock Powder and stir 3 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, parsley, and black pepper to taste. Divide and serve. Top with Parmesan cheese to taste.
