Kayanoya Soy Sauce for Egg on Rice is specially formulated to enhance raw egg on rice, Japanese rolled omelets, and other Japanese cuisine.

It is naturally brewed with Japan-grown soybeans and wheat, to which we add bonito flakes and kelp stock.
Its sweet and salty flavor brings out the full flavor of the eggs.
